A new year means....

a new reason to rant
a new set of chances
a new piece of meat
a new process of getting to the same old conclusion
a new old solution in getting to a new/better answer
a new time to break your heart
a new ... (you think of something)

A weird intro to start a freestyle prose for the 2-0-0-8. Here we go:

Blankly
we stare day by day
thinking of things but letting it come what may

Disastrous
decisions might be
surround by a thoughtless weird menagerie

It seems to astound us people
being sad, happy, angry and all.

It's so confusing since I was happy earlier
now I'm in a whirl or sorrow.

Though time has began to set us free
words come out and let us see

That for all the wrong reasons we may think
it might really be just you and me.

To which we all falter
We strike out, throw up and dilly dally in the yonder
Thinking of nothing in return
But for some unknown reason expecting something to burn.

Is it just me or my fantasies just go
To and fro scattered upon the world
Never ever been here and there
But in my heart I'll forever bare.
